Tax Force Freedom is a tax preparation and business support practice based in San Antonio, Texas. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in, whether you are military-affiliated, and your message. We ask about military affiliation to route your inquiry and apply military pricing.
- Scheduling: if you book a consultation, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter.
- Payments: if you pay online, our payment processor handles your card details. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser, and pages visited. Fonts on this site load from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule consultations, provide services you request, get paid, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we use to run the practice (form delivery, scheduling, payments, hosting, and secure file sharing), and only as needed for them to do their job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Your tax information
Information you give us as a client is covered by your engagement agreement, by the privacy notice we give clients, and by federal law, including the rules that limit how tax return preparers may use and disclose return information (Internal Revenue Code §7216). We ask for your written consent before using or disclosing return information for anything beyond preparing your return, except where the law allows it.
How long we keep information
We keep client records for the periods required by law and professional rules, which for tax returns is at least three years. Website inquiries from people who do not become clients are kept only as long as needed to respond.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is why we ask you to use the secure link we provide for documents.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete website inquiry information, or ask a question about this page, by emailing Ernest.dominguez@taxforcefreedom.com. We cannot delete client records that the law requires us to keep.
