Which plan fits? Want your books checked monthly and your Self-Employed Return handled: Essentials. Want a quarterly strategy session too: Partner. Want that conversation every month: Complete. Still unsure? Book a free consultation and we’ll tell you before you pay anything.
All plans are month to month, cancel any time before renewal. Essentials includes a Self-Employed Return (Form 1040 with Schedule C). Partner and Complete include one primary return: a Self-Employed Return, a Form 1065, or a Form 1120-S. When the included return is a 1065 or 1120-S, the owner’s personal 1040 is priced separately, as are a second entity return and a Form 1120. Additional transactions are $2.50 each and additional accounts are $39 per month. The monthly tax-health check needs books kept to a minimum standard — bank feeds connected, transactions categorized monthly, and accounts reconciled — by you, your bookkeeper, or accounting software we can recommend. Books below that standard are quoted as Bookkeeping Cleanup before a plan starts. The business portion of these fees is generally deductible; fees for personal returns and personal planning generally are not. Ask us how that applies to you.

How we approach tax strategy: every strategy rests on published authority and comes with its documentation requirements and risks. We model the tax effect of decisions you make with your own licensed advisers. We do not promise results, charge a percentage of tax saved, or recommend investments or insurance products.

Audit protection is included with individual returns at Standard level and above, and with the return included in a monthly plan (plus the owner’s 1040 when we prepare it). It is provided by Audit Maintenance Pro, an independent third party whose enrolled agents handle correspondence with the IRS on your behalf for three years from filing. It assists with the audit process — it does not pay any additional tax, penalty, or interest that may be assessed. Coverage is subject to Audit Maintenance Pro’s own terms.
What moves a price: additional states, rental properties, K-1s received, digital asset activity, and books that arrive unreconciled. We tell you on the consultation call, before any work begins. Documents received within 15 days of a deadline add $99. Expedited turnaround adds $149. Third-party costs such as state filing fees are paid by the client. Published rates are honored for at least 30 days after they are last published.
